Health Information Services

The Health Information Services Department organizes and manages health information data by ensuring that it maintains its quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security in both paper files and electronic systems. The HIS staff use various classification systems to code and categorize patient information for funding purposes, for databases and registries, and to maintain patients' medical and treatment histories. Decision support is provided through the HIS Department by development and dissemination of information through regular reporting to assist with decision making and quality improvement initiatives.

Some of the services for our patients include: enrollment to the patient portal, request for access to personal health record, request for correction to personal health record.
