Care Champion Program Revamp
Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital (HGMH) is proud to announce the relaunch of its Care Champion Program, an initiative designed to honor extraordinary care provided by its dedicated healthcare professionals. The program allows patients and their families to recognize and appreciate the outstanding efforts of the caregivers who go above and beyond to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
The Care Champion program serves as a platform for patients to express their gratitude and appreciation for exceptional caregivers at HGMH. It gives patients an opportunity to highlight the compassionate care they received and recognize the extraordinary efforts made by the staff, whether it be a physician, nurse, personal support worker or any other staff member, in making a positive impact on their lives.
Upon recognition, caregivers will receive personalized acknowledgment and a Care Champion lapel pin they can wear proudly.
“We are delighted to utilize the Care Champion Program as a way to recognize and celebrate our exceptional caregivers” said Robert Alldred-Hughes, President & CEO of HGMH. “We deeply appreciate the generosity of our patients and their families in acknowledging the extraordinary efforts of our dedicated healthcare professionals.”
The Care Champion program aligns with HGMH’s commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and recognizing the invaluable contributions of its caregivers. It underscores the hospital’s dedication to exceptional patient care and the ongoing pursuit of excellence in medical services.
