Alexandria, Ontario – Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital is proud to celebrate 60 years of providing exceptional care to the community. To mark this milestone, the hospital is inviting it's partners and the community to celebrate the hospital’s 60th anniversary paired with a community engagement session on Friday, May 9th, 2025, from 6pm-9pm at 170 MacDonald Blvd, Alexandria Ontario in the Michel Depratto Hall.

This special evening will not only honor the hospital’s past and present but also provide a glimpse into its future. As part of the event, hospital leadership will share important information about upcoming initiatives, developments, and plans.

Community members are encouraged to participate in shaping the conversation by clicking here to complete a survey with questions they may have about the hospital. Questions can also be sent to info@hgmh.on.ca. These questions will be answered throughout the evening, fostering a two-way dialogue that strengthens the hospital’s connection with the people it serves.

“We are excited to celebrate this incredible milestone with our community,” said Robert Alldred-Hughes, President & CEO of Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital. “This event is more than a celebration—it’s an opportunity for open conversation about the future of healthcare in our region.”

Join us on May 9th to commemorate 60 years of care, and to be a part of shaping the next chapter of Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital.
